We live Riesling!
Follow us to the origin of Riesling. In our village Hochheim Riesling was mentioned back in 1435 for the first time worldwide in writing.
Since 240 years our family with its wine estate Domdechant Werner has worked in this tradition of Riesling cultivation. Our passion for Riesling is well acknowledged worldwide. The promotion to the White Wine Maker of the year 2017 from the International Wine Challenge in London was the peak of the latest years. But we are as well proud of a number of accolades in the International wine press around the globe.
We have been members of the VDP – Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) – almost since its foundation. Quality is our top priority, which also includes a responsible approach to nature and our vineyards.
